She is married to Luther David, also of Top Producers, and they have 2 sons, JD who is a junior at Burleson High School and Caleb who is a 6th grader at Kerr Middle School. Dena is very involved with the boys extra-curricular activities, volunteers with Meals on Wheels of Johnson County and the entire family is actively involved on their church, First United Methodist Church of Burleson,. She has 20 years previous experience in the food industry in Quality Assurance and Research & Development.
